The Fast Discrete Tchebichef Transform Algorithms for Short-Length Input Sequences
In this article, the fast algorithms for the discrete Tchebichef transform (DTT) are proposed for input sequences of lengths in the range from 3 to 8. At present, DTT is widely applied in signal processing, image compression, and video coding. The review

Hyperosmotic stress triggers the relocation of the CFIm complex from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. This shift creates a nuclear ‘stoichiometric bottleneck’, limiting CFIm availability for mRNA processing. Consequently, specific mRNAs like NUDT21 and DICER1 undergo targeted 3′UTR shortening, demonstrating how spatial protein dynamics drive rapid ...

Loss of AMBRA1 activates MAPK and angiogenesis signaling pathways in melanoma cells
Loss of AMBRA1 in melanoma cells activates multiple oncogenic pathways associated with tumor progression. Transcriptomic and protein network analyses revealed that AMBRA1 depletion enhances MAPK/ERK signaling, angiogenesis, TGF‐β/EMT signaling, and Wnt/axon guidance pathways.

Induced matching vs edge open packing: trees and product graphs [PDF]
Given a graph $G$, the maximum size of an induced subgraph of $G$ each component of which is a star is called the edge open packing number, $rho_{e}^{o} (G)$, of $G$.

Stress in Directed Graphs: A Generalization of Graph Stress
In graph theory, centrality measures are used to identify the most important or influential nodes within a network. Stress centrality is one such measure, which helps quantify how “stressed” a node is within the overall graph structure based on the ...

Repair of neuronal DNA damage in Alzheimer's disease by KCL‐286. (A) Amyloid‐β oligomers and plaques impair neuronal DNA repair pathways, leading to DNA double‐strand breaks and glial activation. (B) KCL‐286 activates RARβ/RXR signalling via retinoic acid response elements (RAREs), associated with increased BRCA1 expression, enhanced DNA repair and ...

More Results on Total Domination in Direct Products of Graphs [PDF]
Upper and lower bounds on the total domination number of the direct product of graphs are given. The bounds involve the {2}-total domination number and the total 2-tuple domination number of the factors.

Importin 7 mediates the nuclear import of HIV‐1 integrase via a specific interacting interface
HIV‐1 integrase enables viral DNA integration into the host genome. By binding to the core domain of the host protein Importin 7 via its C‐terminal domain, the integrase is transported across the nuclear membrane into the nucleus, where integration of the viral genome into host DNA takes place. This translocation is a critical step for subsequent viral
