Weighted, Bipartite, or Directed Stream Graphs for the Modeling of Temporal Networks
International audienceWe recently introduced a formalism for the modeling of temporal networks, that we call stream graphs. It emphasizes the streaming nature of data and allows rigorous definitions of many important concepts generalizing classical ...

In a murine model of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion (MI/R), the CD36 azapeptide ligand MPE‐298 reduces cardiac injury and transiently lowers left ventricular long‐chain fatty acids (LCFAs) accumulation 3 h after reperfusion, accompanied by a decrease of oxidative stress and inflammation‐associated genes' expression in the heart and adipose tissue.

APPLICATION OF GRAPH THEORY TO BIOLOGICAL PROBLEMS
In this paper, we investigate application of graph theory to some biological problems, specially reconstructing strings based on information about their substrings and sequence comparison by using overlap graphs and also weighted directed graph.

The cytoskeleton‐mediated transport of mitochondria via tunnelling nanotubes restores respiration, increases ATP production, rescues cells from apoptosis, activates the AKT/mTOR signalling pathway, promotes cell migration and invasiveness, contributes to cancer progression and treatment resistance.

Consensus over Weighted Directed Graphs: A Robustness Perspective
The present paper investigates the robustness of the consensus protocol over weighted directed graphs using the Nyquist criterion. The limit to which a single weight can vary, while consensus among the agents can be achieved, is explicitly derived. It is shown that even with a negative weight on one of the edges, consensus may be achieved.

$m$–isometric composition operators on directed graphs with one circuit
The aim of this paper is to investigate $m$–isometric composition operators on directed graphs with one circuit. We establish a characterization of $m$–isometries and prove that complete hyperexpansivity coincides with 2–isometricity within this class ...

A Depolarizing Leak in Sodium Bicarbonate Cotransporter NBCe1 Causes Brain Edema
ABSTRACT Objectives SLC4A4 encodes electrogenic sodium bicarbonate cotransporter NBCe1, prominently expressed in kidney and brain. Recessive loss‐of‐function variants in SLC4A4 cause proximal renal tubular acidosis, no brain edema. In the brain, NBCe1 is expressed by astrocytes, where it regulates pH and mediates astrocyte volume changes.

ALDOA Promotes Glycolysis and NLRP3/GSDMD Pyroptosis to Accelerate ALS Progression
ABSTRACT Objective Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is characterized by progressive motor neuron degeneration. Glycolytic dysregulation is implicated in disease progression, yet the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. This study investigates how Aldolase A (ALDOA) drives ALS progression through glycolysis‐mediated motor neuron pyroptosis.
