Abstract Oil and gas production regions are significant sources of greenhouse gases and reactive pollutants such as nitrogen oxides (NOx) and volatile organic compounds. Research has also shown that methane (CH4) emissions reported to the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program (GHGRP) are generally underestimated.

Off-grid Direction of Arrival Estimation Using Sparse Bayesian Inference
Direction of arrival (DOA) estimation is a classical problem in signal processing with many practical applications. Its research has recently been advanced owing to the development of methods based on sparse signal reconstruction.

Comprehensive Analysis of Bias in TEMPO NO2 Column Densities Through Pandora Observations
Abstract Tropospheric Emissions: Monitoring of Pollution (TEMPO) is the first geostationary satellite instrument to monitor air pollutants across North America. This study uses Pandora observations to analyze the bias in TEMPO Level‐3 total column density of NO2 (TOTNO2) from August 2023 to December 2024.

Hyperphosphorescent OLEDs: Harnessing the Power of MR‐TADF Terminal Emitters
Hyperphosphorescent organic light‐emitting diodes (HP‐OLEDs) use phosphorescent sensitizers with multiresonant thermally activated delayed fluorescence terminal emitters. HP‐OLEDs show efficient, narrowband electroluminescence and moderate efficiency roll‐off.

Adaptive channel selection for DOA estimation in MIMO radar
We present adaptive strategies for antenna selection for Direction of Arrival (DoA) estimation of a far-field source using TDM MIMO radar with linear arrays. Our treatment is formulated within a general adaptive sensing framework that uses one-step ahead

Effects of reference sound speed on underwater acoustic direction-of-arrival estimation with horizontal plane array [PDF]
Direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation of an underwater acoustic target is usually dependent on the selection of reference sound speed. For a horizontal line array, severe error of DOA estimation is induced when reference sound speed diverges from phase ...

Cramer-Rao Bound for Sparse Signals Fitting the Low-Rank Model with Small Number of Parameters
In this paper, we consider signals with a low-rank covariance matrix which reside in a low-dimensional subspace and can be written in terms of a finite (small) number of parameters. Although such signals do not necessarily have a sparse representation in
