Impact of The Method of Diagnosis on The Stage of Breast Carcinoma
Objective: Screening mammography is recommended to women at a certain age to achieve an early diagnosis. The purpose of this study is to find out how breast carcinoma was diagnosed and the impact of the method of diagnosis on the stage of the tumor ...

Comprehensive clinical evaluation of novel 4DCT‐based lung function imaging methods
Abstract Purpose Methods have been developed that apply image processing to 4DCTs to generate 4DCT‐ventilation/perfusion lung imaging. Traditional methods for 4DCT‐ventilation rely on Hounsfield‐Unit (HU) density‐change methods and suffer from poor numerical robustness while not providing 4DCT‐perfusion data.

Behavior of ZnO-coated alumina dielectric barrier discharge in atmospheric pressure air [PDF]
A complete investigation of the discharge behavior of dielectric barrier discharge device using ZnO-coated dielectric layer in atmospheric pressure is made. Highly conductive ZnO film was deposited on the dielectric surface. Discharge characteristic of the dielectric barrier discharge are examined in different aspects.

Discharge structure of Ar/Cl2 inductively coupled plasma: A cyclic study of discharge conditions at fixed power [PDF]
Discharge structure refers to the morphology of different plasma quantities, such as electron temperature, reaction rate, plasma potential, mass flux, net charge and species density, which are determined by plasma transport mechanism and chemical processes.

Diffusive instability of a Townsend discharge [PDF]
The role of the electron diffusion on the stability of a Townsend discharge is investigated. It is obtained, that electron diffusion modifies the condition of the steady self-sustenance of the discharge, and make discharge unstable.

Two-dimensional PIC-MCC simulations of capacitively coupled radio-frequency discharge in methane [PDF]
Two-dimensional capacitively coupled radio frequency discharge in methane is simulated by PIC-MCC method. The results were obtained in pressure range 50-300 mTorr and voltage range 40-180 V for discharge frequency 13.56 MHz. The electron energy and electron--methane reaction rates spatial distributions show existence of two regimes of discharge glow: a)

Investigating the statistical relationship between climatic and hydrological variables with Vegetation Dynamics in a dry climate (Case study: Sistan plain in eastern Iran) [PDF]
Climatic variables are considered as one of the most important factors affecting the spatial-temporal dynamic of vegetation. Nowadays, satellite images are widely used for monitoring the effect of climatic variables fluctuations on vegetation changes ...
