Time limit for judicial challenge of non-dismissal disciplinary measures

The present paper concerns the time limit in Portuguese Law for challenging non-dismissal disciplinary measures within the employment relationship. The Law only establishes a specific deadline for employees to contest the most severe disciplinary measure, namely, dismissal for subjective just cause.
