A machine learning‐guided self‐driving laboratory screened over 500 nickel‐based layered double‐hydroxide catalysts for alkaline oxygen evolution. Out of the eight metals, the robot uncovered a quaternary Ni–Fe–Cr–Co catalysts requiring only 231 mV overpotential to reach 20 mA cm−2.

Sequential multicolor fluorescence imaging in dynamic microsystems is constrained by acquisition speed and excitation dose. This study introduces a real‐time framework to reconstruct spectrally separated channels from reduced cross‐channel acquisitions (frames containing mixed spectral contributions).

Hard Instances of Discrete Logarithm Problem and Cryptographic Applications [PDF]
Let f be an arbitrary positive integer valued function. The goal of this note is to show that one can construct a finitely generated group in which the discrete log problem is polynomially equivalent to computing the function f. In particular, we provide

This article outlines how artificial intelligence could reshape the design of next‐generation transistors as traditional scaling reaches its limits. It discusses emerging roles of machine learning across materials selection, device modeling, and fabrication processes, and highlights hierarchical reinforcement learning as a promising framework for ...

Autonomous AI‐Driven Design for Skin Product Formulations
This review presents a comprehensive closed‐loop framework for autonomous skin product formulation design. By integrating artificial intelligence‐driven experiment selection with automated multi‐tiered assays, the approach shifts development from trial‐and‐error to intelligent optimisation.

Prediction‐Guided Two‐Step Solid‐State Exploration of Unknown Pseudo‐Ternary Oxides
Prediction‐guided selection combined with two‐step solid‐state exploration enables efficient search of unknown pseudo‐ternary oxides. Broad robotic slurry screening followed by manual single‐phase isolation leads to the discovery of a new oxide, Ba5SnV6O22, showing how data‐guided experiments connect unexplored composition regions to new materials ...

[[alternative]]The discrete logarithm problem on an elliptic curve
[[abstract]]In this master thesis, we talk about the discrete logarithm on an elliptic curve, and this is a reorganization of M-O-V's, Semaev's, and Voloch's papers.

A Las Vegas algorithm to solve the elliptic curve discrete logarithm problem [PDF]
In this paper, we describe a new Las Vegas algorithm to solve the elliptic curve discrete logarithm problem. The algorithm depends on a property of the group of rational points of an elliptic curve and is thus not a generic algorithm.

In Situ Contact Angle Measurement for Autonomous Spin Coating in Self‐Driving Labs
A vision‐based add‐on transforms commercial spin coaters into autonomous modules of Self‐Driving Labs. Combining a width‐scaled U‐Net with classical geometric analysis, the system simultaneously measures contact angles and estimates substrate pose using a single camera.

A Subexponential Quantum Algorithm for the Semidirect Discrete Logarithm Problem
Group-based cryptography is a relatively unexplored family in post-quantum cryptography, and the so-called Semidirect Discrete Logarithm Problem (SDLP) is one of its most central problems. However, the complexity of SDLP and its relationship to more well-known hardness problems, particularly with respect to its security against quantum adversaries, has
