Low‐cycle fatigue damage in Mn–Mo–Ni reactor pressure vessel steel is examined using a combined electron backscatter diffraction and positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy approach. The study correlates texture evolution, dislocation substructure development, and vacancy‐type defect formation across uniform, necked, and fracture regions, providing

Controllability Analysis of Linear Discrete Time Systems with Time Delay in State
The controllability issues for linear discrete-time systems with delay in state are addressed. By introducing a new concept, the minimum controllability realization index (MinCRI), the characteristic of controllability is revealed.

A numerical–experimental framework is developed for characterizing multi‐matrix fiber‐reinforced polymers (MM‐FRPs) combining epoxy and polyurethane matrices. Harmonic bending tests are integrated with finite element model updating (FEMU) to simultaneously identify elastic and viscoelastic material parameters.

Positivity and stability of fractional descriptor time–varying discrete–time linear systems
The Weierstrass–Kronecker theorem on the decomposition of the regular pencil is extended to fractional descriptor time-varying discrete-time linear systems. A method for computing solutions of fractional systems is proposed.

New features on yttria‐stabilized zirconia after exposure at 1500°C: Newly discovered pyramidal structures on an old material. After exposure at 1550°C on the cross section of YSZ new features, namely pyramidal structures are discovered. These structures grow with time, increase in numbers, appear as singularities, are often arranged in strings, and ...

Milne‐Hamming discretized zeroing neural networks for solving time‐varying linear systems
Time‐varying linear systems (TVLS) is a vital mathematical problem in many engineering fields. In this letter, a Milne‐Hamming discretized zeroing neural networks (MHDZNN) is presented to solve the TVLS, where high accurate convergence is got by combing ...

Self-synchronization of Thomson self-oscillatory systems in discrete time
The effect arising in discrete time at interaction of self-oscillations with higher harmonics of the main frequency is described. It is shown that it is similar to effect of capture of the frequency (synchronization) of self-oscillations by an external ...
