Manipulating Ferroelectric Topological Polar Structures with Twisted Light

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We demonstrate dynamic control of ferroelectric order in quasi‐2D CsBiNb2O7 using twisted ultraviolet light carrying orbital angular momentum. Our approach harnesses non‐resonant multiphoton absorption and induced strain to modulate topological of ferroelectric polarization textures.

Characterization and application of objective pilling classification to patterned fabrics

open access: yes, 2005
Previously, the authors proposed a new, simple method of frequency domain analysis based on the two-dimensional discrete wavelet transform to objectively measure the pilling intensity in sample fabric images. The method was further characterized, and the

State‐of‐the‐Art, Insights, and Perspectives for MOFs‐Nanocomposites and MOF‐Derived (Nano)Materials

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Different approaches to MOF‐NP composite formation, such as ship‐in‐a‐bottle, bottle‐around‐the‐ship and in situ one‐step synthesis, are used. Owing to synergistic effects, the advantageous features of the components of the composites are beneficially combined, and their individual drawbacks are mitigated.

Ultrafast Laser Synthesis of Zeolites

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, Volume 37, Issue 29, July 24, 2025.
The study presents a novel ultrafast laser‐driven synthesis technique for zeolites directly in liquid. Laser pulses create a microscopic reactor that controls reaction kinetics at femto‐ and picosecond timescales. Nonlinear light‐matter interactions drive nucleation and growth, allowing the process to be paused at any stage of self‐assembly.

Discretization of quaternionic continuous wavelet transforms

open access: yesJournal of Geometry and Physics, 2017
A scheme to form a basis and a frame for a Hilbert space of quaternion valued square integrable function from a basis and a frame, respectively, of a Hilbert space of complex valued square integrable functions is introduced. Using the discretization techniques for 2D-continuous wavelet transform of the $SIM(2)$ group, the quaternionic continuous ...

Machine‐Learning‐Aided Advanced Electrochemical Biosensors

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Electrochemical biosensors are highly sensitive, portable, and versatile. Advanced nanomaterials enhance their performance, while machine learning (ML) improves data analysis, minimizes interference, and optimizes sensor design. Despite progress in both fields, their combined potential in diagnostics remains underexplored.
