Efficient residual network using hyperspectral images for corn variety identification

open access: yesFrontiers in Plant Science
Corn seeds are an essential element in agricultural production, and accurate identification of their varieties and quality is crucial for planting management, variety improvement, and agricultural product quality control.

Microfluidic Hydroporation Platform for Effective Allogeneic CAR‐T Cell Production and Subsequent Functional Cytotoxicity Analysis

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
The hydroporator platform employs controlled hydrodynamic deformation for efficient mRNA and CRISPR/Cas9 delivery into primary human T cells, enabling allogeneic CAR‐T cell manufacturing. It preserves cell functionality and drives potent gene editing, CAR expression, and tumor cytotoxicity, while feature‐based analysis links these functional outcomes ...

Discrete Wilson Lines in F-Theory

open access: yesAdvances in High Energy Physics, 2011
F-theory models are constructed where the 7 -brane has a nontrivial fundamental group. The base manifolds used are a toric Fano variety and a smooth toric threefold coming from a reflexive polyhedron.

Horizontal non-vanishing of Heegner points and toric periods [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
Let $F/\mathbb{Q}$ be a totally real field and $A$ a modular $\GL_2$-type abelian variety over $F$. Let $K/F$ be a CM quadratic extension. Let $\chi$ be a class group character over $K$ such that the Rankin-Selberg convolution $L(s,A,\chi)$ is self-dual ...

Integrated Transcriptomics Reveals Evolutionary Trajectories and Cell Density‐Dependent Mechanisms in Aldosterone‐Producing Adenomas

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Aldosterone‐producing adenomas (APAs) develop via two distinct paths: directly from adrenal zona glomerulosa (zG) cells, or stepwise from zG cells through aldosterone‐producing micronodules (APMs) before progressing to APAs. Advanced single‐cell and spatial analyses identified distinct cell states linked to oxidative stress and cell–cell interactions ...

Generic coverings of plane with A-D-E-singularities

open access: yes, 2000
We generalize results of the paper math.AG/9803144, in which Chisini's conjecture on the unique reconstruction of f by the curve B is investigated. For this fibre products of generic coverings are studied.

Time‐Controlled Refrigerated Stem Cell Therapy Mitigates Scleroderma Fibrosis via Modulation of Mitochondrial Autophagy and Gut Metabolism

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study established an RT‐MSCs‐based therapeutic approach for scleroderma in mice. RT‐MSCs attenuated fibrosis by regulating mitochondrial autophagy and restored gut microbiota homeostasis. Metabolomic analyses confirmed recovery of key metabolites, and RT‐MSCs demonstrated favorable lesion targeting and safety profiles.

A Review of Bankruptcy Prediction Studies: 1930-Present [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
One of the most well-known bankruptcy prediction models was developed by Altman [1968] using multivariate discriminant analysis. Since Altman\u27s model, a multitude of bankruptcy prediction models have flooded the literature.

The Subquasivariety Lattice of a Discriminator Variety

open access: yesAdvances in Mathematics, 2001
The quaterny discriminator on a set \(M\) is the mapping \(d:M^4\to M\) defined by \(d(x,y,z,w):=z\) if \(x=y\) and \(d(x,y,z,w):=w\) otherwise. A variety is called a discriminator variety if it is generated by a class \({\mathbf K}\) of algebras of the same type such that there exists a term representing the quaternary discriminator on every algebra ...
