Castleman's disease in identical twins
Virchows Archiv A Pathological Anatomy and Histology, 1982The authors present the first published case of angiofollicular lymph-node hyperplasia, observed in identical twins. In both cases the lesion had the same location, but there was a difference of two years in the time of presentation. A morphological description and discussion of pathogenesis are given.

Dupuytren’s Disease in Identical Twins
Journal of Hand Surgery, 1993The aetiology of Dupuytren’s disease remains unknown, although hereditary and environmental influences have been implicated. Previous reports have suggested that identical twins will develop identical contractures. This paper reports two pairs of identical twins, in each of which only one twin has evidence of Dupuytren’s disease.

They were born in 1973 under the cesarean section for the early rupture of the membranes and weak pains. The first case experienced tonic convulsions, and abnormal findings on the EEG were pointed out on May, 1979.
