Stable, Reusable Copper‐Bispidine Catalysts on Agarose With Diffusion‐Limited Turnover: When Immobilization is not Covalent

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Inorganic Chemistry, EarlyView.
Epoxy‐activated agarose beads as support for copper(II)‐bispidine complexes provide reusable heterogeneous catalysts for styrene aziridination with negligible copper leaching. Immobilization occurs largely through noncovalent interactions. Catalyst loading strongly governs performance by balancing active‐site density, accessibility, and mass transport.

Identifying drug‐resistant epilepsy using Swedish National Patient Registry data

open access: yesEpileptic Disorders, EarlyView.
Abstract Background Approximately 30% of individuals with epilepsy are drug‐resistant, suffering low quality of life and should be evaluated for other treatment modalities. Drug‐resistant epilepsy has no specific diagnostic code, making identification in national healthcare registers challenging and limiting epidemiological research based on register ...

A randomized controlled trial of a multimodality digital health intervention to aid the delivery of the modified ketogenic diet therapy for epilepsy: The Keto eCoach trial protocol

open access: yesEpilepsia Open, EarlyView.
Abstract Objective Dietary therapy is an effective treatment for drug‐resistant epilepsy; however, low adherence presents a significant barrier to use in the clinical setting. This study aims to evaluate a multimodality digital health intervention to overcome this barrier and improve outcomes in adults undertaking the modified ketogenic diet for ...

Bridging Worlds: Can Evidence, Regulation and Indigenous Leadership Shape the Future of Traditional, Complementary and Integrative Medicine?

open access: yesThe International Journal of Health Planning and Management, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background and need As the WHO Global Traditional Medicine Strategy 2025–2034 encourages countries to consider integrating traditional, complementary and integrative medicine (TCIM) into health systems, there is a need to clarify the principal scientific, regulatory, ethical, and governance challenges involved. Renewed global attention to TCIM,
