We report a case of disseminated cryptococcosis in a kidney transplant recipient who presented with nodular lesions in the forehead following a bout of acute cellular rejection.

It is pathogenic most often in the lungs and central nervous system of immunocompromised patients. In this work we report an unusual localization of cryptococcosis in an HIV-infected patient.
