This work critically reviews MXenes as highly effective multifunctional nanomaterials for the adsorption of radio‐contaminants, demonstrating a remarkable adsorption capacity of up to 1376.75 mg/g and cyclic stability of 2–8 cycles, with complexation, electrostatic interactions, and the numerical strength of MXene active sites playing a key operational

Dissociative electron attachment in water and methanol (5-14 eV)
Energies of D- and O- ions produced by dissociative electron attachment (DA) to D2O and CD3OD (and some partially deuteriated methanols) over three resonance regions (ca. 6.5, 8.5 and 10.5 eV) are reported.

Fluorescent BODIPY‐conjugated thiosemicarbazone ligands and their Ga(III), In(III), and Fe(III) complexes, inspired by Triapine, are developed as theranostic agents. Multiphoton FLIM and confocal microscopy in cancer cells and zebrafish reveal real‐time uptake, mitochondrial localisation, and whilst spectroscopic assays indicated preserved complex ...

Sesquiterpene lactones (SLs) such as parthenolide (PTL) and dehydroleucodine (DhL) selectively kill cancer cells without exerting normal tissue toxicity, potentially due to presence of α-methylene-γ-lactone (αMγL) fragment.

Mechanical stress activates BAP31 in chondrocytes. BAP31 competes with ATG14 for binding to STX17, disrupting the STX17–ATG14 complex required for autophagosome–lysosome fusion. The resultant autophagic flux blockade drives the generation of autophagy‐derived exosomes, which mediate pathological cartilage calcification in OA. Chondrocyte‐targeted BAP31

An immunomodulatory hydrogel (iGEL) forms spontaneously upon subcutaneous injection, acting as a tissue‐adhesive depot. It releases anti‐rejection and regenerative agents in response to inflammation, suppressing T‐cell activity, promoting vascular repair, and restoring allograft function without systemic immunosuppression.

Substituted benzylamino-2′-deoxyadenosine a modified nucleoside with radiosensitizing properties
To verify whether the recently synthesized nucleoside, 8-(4-Trifluoromethoxy)benzylamino-2′-deoxyadenosine, can sensitize tumorous cells to X-rays, radiolytic and in vitro studies have been conducted. Molecular modeling demonstrated that excess electrons

This work establishes a novel method for generating multicellular liver organoids from control and MASH donor iPSCs. The model recapitulates several disease‐specific characteristics, with MASH donor‐derived organoids showing higher susceptibility. Lipidomic profiling of MASH organoids closely resembles MASH liver biopsies.
