Characteristics studies of molecular structures in drugs
In theoretical medicine, topological indices are defined to test the medicine and pharmacy characteristics, such as melting point, boiling point, toxicity and other biological activities.

The subconstituent algebra of a distance-regular graph; thin modules with endpoint one
We consider a distance-regular graph Γ with diameter D⩾3, intersection numbers ai,bi,ci and eigenvalues θ0>θ1>⋯>θD. Let X denote the vertex set of Γ and fix x∈X.

The subconstituent algebra of a bipartite distance-regular graph; thin modules with endpoint two [PDF]
We consider a bipartite distance-regular graph @C with diameter D>=4, valency k>=3, intersection numbers b"i,c"i, distance matrices A"i, and eigenvalues @q"0>@q"1>...>@q"D. Let X denote the vertex set of @C and fix x@?X.

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

ENUMERATION INTERSECTION ARRAYS OF SHILLA GRAPHS WITH B = 6
Let \(\Gamma\) be a distance-regular graph of diameter \(3\), and let \(\theta_1\) be its second eigenvalue. The graph \(\Gamma\) is called a Shilla graph if \(\theta_1=a_3\). In this case, \(\theta_1={(a_1+\sqrt{a_1^2+4k})}/{2}\), and \(a=a_3\) divides \

The reciprocal complementary distance (RCD) matrix of a graph $G$ is defined as $RCD(G) = [rc_{ij}]$ where $rc_{ij} = \frac{1}{1+D-d_{ij}}$ if $i \neq j$ and $rc_{ij} = 0$, otherwise, where $D$ is the diameter of $G$ and $d_{ij}$ is the distance between ...

Clinical analysis reveals significant dysregulation of FGFRL1 in esophageal cancer (EC) patients. RNAi‐coupled next‐generation sequencing (NGS) and in vitro study reveal FGFRL1‐mediated EC progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and Notch pathways. Functional assays confirm its role in tumor growth, migration, and invasion.

A short proof of the odd-girth theorem [PDF]
Recently, it has been shown that a connected graph $\Gamma$ with $d+1$ distinct eigenvalues and odd-girth $2d+1$ is distance-regular. The proof of this result was based on the spectral excess theorem.

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...
