X‐ray crystallography and solid‐state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy at fast magic‐angle spinning (MAS) frequencies have been utilized to probe the underlying host–guest interactions.

ChemphyschemA systematic investigation of SCREAM‐DNP beyond methyl groups, using ring‐inversion dynamics on proline as a model compound. Comparison between free proline and proline‐containing oligopeptides at different sequence positions shows how local structural context modulates ring dynamics and site‐specific DNP enhancement.
