Bistability and optical control of a distributed-Bragg-reflector laser
Optics Letters, 1993We demonstrate bistable operation and optical control of a specially designed distributed-Bragg-reflector laser. Optically controlled turn-on and turn-off with 1-pJ pulses at 1.5 μm and 2-pJ pulses at 1.3 μm, respectively, is demonstrated as well as all-optical flip-flop operation.

Conductive Inorganic–Organic Hybrid Distributed Bragg Reflectors
Advanced Materials, 2015A conductive hybrid distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) is demonstrated, consisting of inorganic and organic semiconductor films and assembled by a thermal deposition technique. A maximum reflectance of 92.2% and a wide spectral width of more than 70 nm are achieved.

Organic optical microgravity with distributed Bragg reflectors
SPIE Proceedings, 2001The single layer of organic optical microcavity with 1D distributed Bragg reflectors (DBRs) was fabricated. The PL emission properties of the microcavity were explored at the two sides, which show different characteristics due to the asymmetric structure. The PL emission peak of Alq film is at 5113 nm with a half width of 78nm.
