Multiresolutional distributed filtering

IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, 1994
Summary: An algorithm for optimal and dynamic multiresolutional distributed filtering is derived. The wavelet transform is utilized as a bridge linking signals at different resolution levels. The algorithm can be employed for dynamic multisensor/data fusion.

Filter distributive logics

Studia Logica, 1984
A deductive system C (or sentential logic) on the algebra S of formulas is filter distributive if the lattice of C-filters of A is distributive for all algebras A similar to S. (F is a C-filter of A if (A,F) is a matrix validating C.) \(Th(C)=\{X\subseteq S /\) \(C(X)=X\}\).

Distributed Kalman Filter using fast polynomial filter

2011 IEEE International Symposium of Circuits and Systems (ISCAS), 2011
Distributed estimation algorithms have received a lot of attention in the past few years, particularly in the fusion framework of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). Distributed Kalman Filter (DKF) for WSN is one of the most fundamental distributed estimation algorithms for scalable wireless sensor fusion.

Absorptive Filter Prototype and Distributed-Element Absorptive Bandpass Filter

2018 IEEE MTT-S International Conference on Numerical Electromagnetic and Multiphysics Modeling and Optimization (NEMO), 2018
In this paper, we present a design methodology for absorptive bandpass filters. A filter prototype comprised of parallel resonators and admittance inverters has been developed. All design parameters in the filter prototype are given in terms of the center frequency, the bandwidth, the port impedance, and the normalized lumped-element lowpass filter ...

Distributed Graph Filters

2015
We have recently seen a surge of research focusing on the processing of graph data. The emerging field of signal processing on graphs focuses on the extension of classical discrete signal processing techniques to the graph setting. Arguably, the greatest breakthrough of the field has been the extension of the Fourier transform from time signals and ...

Predistorted Distributed Active Filters

28th European Microwave Conference, 1998, 1998
This paper outlines a novel and systematic method for designing active microwave filters in Microwave Integrated Circuits (MICs) technology. The technique is based on predistortion of the filter transfer function by appropriate loss or gain factor, enabling the designer to realize all his filter specifications without resorting to circuit optimization ...

Compressive distributed adaptive filtering

2016 35th Chinese Control Conference (CCC), 2016
The paper proposes a class of compressive distributed adaptive filtering algorithms, aiming to estimate unknown high-dimensional and sparse parameters in sensor networks, based on compressive sensing (CS) method. The algorithms first use compression estimation to obtain the compressed unknown parameters, then apply decompression algorithms to obtain ...

Distributed Kalman Filter with Embedded Consensus Filters

Proceedings of the 44th IEEE Conference on Decision and Control, 2006
The problem of distributed Kalman filtering (DKF) for sensor networks is one of the most fundamental distributed estimation problems for scalable sensor fusion. This paper addresses the DKF problem by reducing it to two separate dynamic consensus problems in terms of weighted measurements and inverse-covariance matrices.

Proposed Distributed Kalman Filter

2012
In this chapter, the DKF problem is addressed by reducing it into a dynamic consensus problem in term of weighted average estimates matrix that can be viewed as data fusion problem. We have presented a Distributed Kalman Filter based on polynomial filter to accelerate the distributed average consensus in the static network topologies.
