Non Parametric Distributed Inference in Sensor Networks Using Box Particles Messages
This paper deals with the problem of inference in distributed systems where the probability model is stored in a distributed fashion. Graphical models provide powerful tools for modeling this kind of problems.

Partial Reconfigurable FIR Filtering System Using Distributed Arithmetic
Dynamic partial reconfiguration (DPR) allows us to adapt hardware resources to meet time-varying requirements in power, resources, or performance. In this paper, we present two new DPR systems that allow for efficient implementations of 1D FIR filters on

Parallel and Distributed Collaborative Filtering
Collaborative filtering is among the most preferred techniques when implementing recommender systems. Recently, great interest has turned toward parallel and distributed implementations of collaborative filtering algorithms. This work is a survey of parallel and distributed collaborative filtering implementations, aiming to not only provide a ...

Filter Classes of Upsets of Distributive Lattices
Let us say that a class of upward closed sets (upsets) of distributive lattices is a finitary filter class if it is closed under homomorphic preimages, intersections, and directed unions. We show that the only finitary filter classes of upsets of distributive lattices are formed by what we call $n$-filters.

Distributed Kalman Filtering Based on the Non-Repeated Diffusion Strategy
Estimation accuracy is the core performance index of sensor networks. In this study, a kind of distributed Kalman filter based on the non-repeated diffusion strategy is proposed in order to improve the estimation accuracy of sensor networks.

Subtype‐specific enhancer RNAs define transcriptional regulators and prognosis in breast cancers
This study employed machine learning methodologies to perform the subtype‐specific classification of RNA‐seq data sets, which are mapped on enhancers from TCGA‐derived breast cancer patients. Their integration with gene expression (referred to as ProxCReAM eRNAs) and chromatin accessibility profiles has the potential to identify lineage‐specific and ...

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...
