Adaptive planning for distributed systems using goal accomplishment tracking [PDF]
Goal accomplishment tracking is the process of monitoring the progress of a task or series of tasks towards completing a goal. Goal accomplishment tracking is used to monitor goal progress in a variety of domains, including workflow processing ...

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Adaptive Fast Track Association for Small Samples in Distributed Multi‐Sensor Systems
The track association problem aims to determine which tracks belong to the same real target, supporting subsequent processes such as target state estimation, target tracking and situation assessment. Existing algorithms are primarily based on statistical

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

Distributed economic dispatch for power generation with time‐varying loads and external disturbances
The distributed economic dispatch problem for power generation in electricity grids is studies. A simple centralised algorithm is designed to obtain the solution of the dispatch problem without the external disturbances.

Distributed Multiagent Control Approach for Multitarget Tracking [PDF]
In multiagent systems, tracking multiple targets is challenging for two reasons: firstly, it is nontrivial to dynamically deploy networked agents of different types for utility optimization; secondly, information fusion for multitarget tracking is difficult in the presence of uncertainties, such as data association, noise, and clutter.

Distributed Object Tracking Using a Cluster-Based Kalman Filter in Wireless Camera Networks [PDF]
Local data aggregation is an effective means to save sensor node energy and prolong the lifespan of wireless sensor networks. However, when a sensor network is used to track moving objects, the task of local data aggregation in the network presents a new

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

NKCC1: A key regulator of glioblastoma progression
Glioblastoma (GBM) progression is driven by disrupted chloride cotransporter homeostasis. NKCC1 is highly expressed in stem‐like, astrocytic, and progenitor cells, correlating with earlier recurrence, while overall survival remains unaffected. NKCC1 serves as a prognostic marker and potential therapeutic target, linking chloride transporter imbalance ...
