Solid insulation distribution transformer
The SIDT (solid insulation distribution transformer) was developed to provide an alternative solution to replace liquid-filled transformers that might leak oil to contaminate surrounding soil and underground water. Restoration costs could be higher than installing a new transformer.

A distributional Hardy transformation [PDF]
In this paper the classical Hardy transformation (5) has been extended to distributions. The celebrated Hankel transformation, Y-transformation and H-transformation are particular cases of the Hardy transformation. The Hankel transformation has been extended to distributions by Zemanian(12).

Theoretical Temperature Distribution Investigation in Electrical Transformer by Using Nano-Technology [PDF]
A proposed thermal model is examined for a distribution transformer. A 2d simulation by a transient analysis in light of the Finite Element Method (FEM) was done to obtain the temperature distribution in the three phase transformer (250 KVA 11/.416 KV ...

On Distributions and Their Transformation to Normality
Summary Further consideration is given to a family of power transformations discussed by Box and Cox (1964). It is shown that this family of transformations can be useful even in situations where no power transformation can produce normality exactly. The precision of estimation of the transformation parameter is also discussed.
