Dithiocarbamate Assembly on Gold [PDF]
Au surfaces are functionalized by stable dithiocarbamate ligands when exposed to carbon disulfide and secondary amines. The adsorbed dithiocarbamates are robust under a wide pH range and can resist displacement by other chemisorptive surfactants, providing an attractive method for conjugating sensitive molecules onto metal surfaces.

Genotoxicity and Cytotoxicity Exerted by Pesticides in Different Biotic Matrices-An Overview of More Than a Decade of Experimental Evaluation [PDF]
Agrochemicals represent one of the most important sources of environmental pollution. Although attempts to reduce agrochemical use through organic agricultural practices and the use of other technologies to control pests continue, the problem is still

Synthesis and characterization of tris[butyl-(1-methyl-3phenyl-propyl)-dithiocarbamato]cobalt(III) seskvitoluen [PDF]
Anew bidentate ligand butyl-(1-methyl-3-phenyl-propyl)-dithiocarbamate (bmΦpdtc) was prepared, as the sodium salt. In the reaction of hexaaminecobalt(III) chloride with NabmΦpdtc, the corresponding tris[butyl-(1-methyl-3-phenyl-propyl)-dithiocarbamato ...

Detection of reactive oxygen and nitrogen species by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) technique [PDF]
During the last decade there has been growing interest in physical-chemical oxidation processes and the behavior of free radicals in living systems. Radicals are known as intermediate species in a variety of biochemical reactions.

Crystal structure of S-(4-methylbenzyl) piperidinedithiocarbamate
The title compound, C14H19NS2, crystallizes in the thione form with the presence of a C=S bond. The piperidine ring adopts a chair conformation. The dihedral angle between the essentially planar dithiocarbamate and p-tolyl fragments is 74.46 (10)°
