Abstract Introduction The long‐spined black sea urchin Diadema antillarum is a keystone herbivore on Caribbean reefs, yet population recovery following mass mortality events has been slow and spatially variable. Restocking programs increasingly rely on aquaculture, but rearing conditions may generate behavioral and morphological shifts that affect post‐

Abstract Introduction Many coastal wetlands are at high risk of degradation or loss due to sea‐level rise. Restoration techniques for maintaining coastal marshes are paramount, with thin‐layer placement (TLP) emerging as one feasible solution. Despite TLP's utilization, additional research is needed on species‐ and sediment‐specific responses ...

An eye on long‐duration spaceflight: Controversies, countermeasures and challenges
Abstract Space flight‐associated neuroocular syndrome (SANS) is a consequence of long‐duration space flight and is detected in two‐thirds of astronauts. In‐flight, this can cause a change in the refraction of the eyes, requiring graded hypermetropic ‘superfocus adjustable’ glasses, optic nerve head oedema and choroidal folds.

Abstract BACKGROUND Climate change has driven the expansion of viticulture in high‐altitude tropical regions. The dynamics of grape ripening and its metabolic profile are influenced by climatic conditions. This study aimed to identify the optimal harvest period for Cabernet Sauvignon grapes cultivated in an emerging Brazilian high‐altitude region using
