The Diversity of Diversity Education
2018This chapter approaches diversity as contextually defined and institutionally embedded. We argue that diversity is not one thing or one set of preferred, universal practices, rather it is a fluid concept defined and enacted for the institutional purpose at hand.

The Health service journal, 2003Neglecting diversity and equality issues in recruitment and people development can be dangerous, both in legal and human costs. Collating material into a training pack, which could be delivered by non-experts, helped spread best practice. Launching the material with a conference raised its profile and helped ensure that it would be used well.
