Observation of Topological Chirality Switching Induced Freezing of a Skyrmion Crystal
Using Lorentz Transmission electron microscopy, it is shown that in the insulating van der Waals ferromagnet, CrBr3, a magnetic field can cause Bloch skyrmionic bubbles to spontaneously switch their chirality. As achiral type‐II bubbles are an intermediate state, the bubbles rapidly elongate and shrink when switching, thereby inducing a freezing of the

Abstract We propose a hierarchical energy management scheme for aggregating Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) for grid flexibility services. To prevent a direct participation of numerous prosumers in the wholesale electricity market, aggregators, as self‐interest agents in our scheme, incentivize prosumers to provide flexibility. We firstly model the

We introduce a new class of division algebras, the hyperpolyadic algebras, which correspond to the binary division algebras R, C, H, O without considering new elements. First, we use the matrix polyadization procedure proposed earlier which increases the

Selectivity in division algebras [PDF]
A commutative order in a central simple algebra over a number field is said to be selective if it embeds in some, but not all, the maximal orders in the algebra. We completely characterize selective orders in central division algebras, of dimension 9 or greater, in terms of the characterization of selective orders given by Chindburg and Friedman in the

Genome‐Wide by Lifetime Environment Interaction Studies of Brain Imaging Phenotypes
This study explores genome‐wide by lifetime environment interactions on brain imaging phenotypes. Gene‐environment interactions explain more phenotypic variance than main effects, pinpoint regulatory variants, and reveal exposure‐specific biological pathways.

Evolutionary dynamics on a regular networked structured and unstructured multi‐population
Abstract In this paper, we study collective decision‐making in a multi‐population framework, where groups of individuals represent whole populations that interact by means of a regular network. Each group consists of a number of players and every player can choose between two options.

Applications of quadratic D-forms to generalized quadratic forms
In this paper, we study generalized quadratic forms over a division algebra with involution of the first kind in characteristic two. For this, we associate to every generalized quadratic from a quadratic form on its underlying vector space.

Variations of mass formulas for definite division algebras
The aim of this paper is to organize some known mass formulas arising from a definite central division algebra over a global field and to deduce some more new ones.Comment: 17 ...

Embedding rational division algebras [PDF]
Necessary and sufficient conditions are given for two K-division rings, K an algebraic number field, to have precisely the same set of subfields. Using this, an example is presented of two K-division rings having precisely the same set of subfields such that only one of the division rings can be embedded in a Q-division ring.
