Robust C–V Ratio Technique for Profiling Defects in Proton‐Irradiated 4H‐SiC

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A noise‐robust C–V ratio technique is introduced to profile radiation‐induced defects in proton‐irradiated 4H‐SiC Schottky diodes. By using analytical capacitance ratios instead of numerical differentiation, the method directly extracts trap‐density and effective trap‐energy profiles at room temperature.

Modeling and Verification of 1/f Noise Mechanisms in FAPbBr3 Single‐Crystal X‐Ray Detectors

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
We demonstratethat surface‐trap‐induced carrier number fluctuations are the dominantmechanism in FAPbBr3 Schottky devices, a conclusion supported by thedistinct defect profiles revealed by Drive‐Level Capacitance Profiling (DLCP). Throughnoise contribution decomposition, it is found that the 1/f noise of thedetector is the key noise source affecting ...

First Integral Method for Systems of (1+1)-Dimensional Dispersive Long Wave

open access: yesWalailak Journal of Science and Technology, 2014
The First Integral method (FIM) is applied to solve a dispersive long wave system. In this method the division theorem, as a statement in commutative Algebra has an important role.

Transient modeling of extraction columns: Parameter estimation, uncertainty analysis, and operation optimization

open access: yesAIChE Journal, EarlyView.
Abstract Despite extensive modeling efforts in extraction research, transient column models are rarely applied in industry due to concerns regarding parameter identifiability and model reliability. To address this, we analyzed uncertainty propagation from estimated parameters in a previously introduced column model and assessed identifiability via ill ...

How to obtain division algebras from a generalized Cayley-Dickson doubling process [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
New families of eight-dimensional real division algebras with large derivation algebra are presented: We generalize the classical Cayley-Dickson doubling process starting with a unital algebra with involution over a field F by allowing the scalar in the ...

Graph Attention Neural Networks for Interpretable and Generalizable Prediction of Janus III–Vi Van Der Waals Heterostructures

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
A crystal graph neural network based on the attention mechanism is proposed in this work. The model dynamically weights features through the attention mechanism, enabling precise prediction of properties of material from structural features. Here, taking Janus III–VI van der Waals heterostructures as a representative case, the properties have been ...

A crossed product of a skew field of quaternions and four-group

open access: yesЖурнал Белорусского государственного университета: Математика, информатика, 2018
The article considers construction of generalized crossed product of an arbitrary quaternions skew field and Klein four-group relative to factor system. It is well known that such crossed product is semisimple ring.

On the Strong Atoms of Q-Algebras

open access: yesAxioms
The concept of strong atoms in Q-algebras is discussed herein. In this work, some properties of strong atoms are provided. We show that there is no Q-algebra X with |X|≥3 such that all elements are strong atoms.

On the location of the zeros of analytic functions

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1990
In this paper we obtain regions containing all the zeros of a class of analytic functions whose coefficients are subject to certain conditions. Our results sharpen some of the results known in this direction.

Pythagorean fuzzy sets in UP-algebras and approximations

open access: yesAIMS Mathematics, 2021
The aim of this paper is to apply the concept of Pythagorean fuzzy sets to UP-algebras, and then we introduce five types of Pythagorean fuzzy sets in UP-algebras.
