Divorcing pressure from viscosity in incompressible Navier-Stokes dynamics [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2005
We show that in bounded domains with no-slip boundary conditions, the Navier-Stokes pressure can be determined in a such way that it is strictly dominated by viscosity. As a consequence, in a general domain we can treat the Navier-Stokes equations as a perturbed vector diffusion equation, instead of as a perturbed Stokes system.

Calcium modulating ligand confers risk for Parkinson's disease and impacts lysosomes

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
Abstract Objective Several genetic loci known to confer risk for Parkinson's disease (PD) function in lysosomal pathways. We systematically screened common variants linked to PD risk by genome‐wide association studies (GWAS) for impact on cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) proteins reflecting lysosomal function.

Novel Spacetime Concept and Dimension Curling up Mechanism in Neon Shell [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2005
Euclidean geometry does not characterize dynamic electronic orbitals satisfactorily for even a single electron in a hydrogen atom is a formidable mathematical task with the Schrodinger equation. Here the author puts forward a new spacetime concept that regards space and time as two orthogonal, symmetric and complementary quantities.

Divorce Equality

open access: yes, 2017
The battle for marriage equality has been spectacularly successful, producing great optimism about the transformation of marriage. The struggle to revolutionize the institution of marriage is, however, far from over. Next is the battle for divorce equality.

On the Dynamical Solution of Quantum Measurement Problem [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2005
The development of quantum measurement theory, initiated by von Neumann, only indicated a possibility for resolution of the interpretational crisis of quantum mechanics. We do this by divorcing the algebra of the dynamical generators and the algebra of the actual observables, or beables.
