Single‐atom catalysts (SACs) have been explored to maximize Pt utilization, but they struggle to efficiently activate the C─H and O─H bonds in alcohols. Multi‐metallic dizygotic‐atom‐site catalysts (DASCs), which incorporate multiple metal atoms in dispersed active sites, offer a promising alternative by enhancing catalytic activity through metal ...

HLA Haplotypes in Dizygotic Twin Pairs: Are Dizygotic Twins More Similar Than Sibs? [PDF]
AbstractIt has been suggested that dizygotic twin pairs share two HLA haplotypes more often than ordinary siblings and thus might be genetically more alike. We tested this hypothesis in dizygotic twin pairs from the Danish Twin Registry. A total of 114 (60 female and 54 male) same-sexed healthy twin pairs aged 18–45 years participated.

Utilizing twins as controls for non-twin case-materials in genome wide association studies. [PDF]
Twin registries around the globe have collected DNA samples from large numbers of monozygotic and dizygotic twins. The twin sample collections are frequently used as controls in disease-specific studies together with non-twins.
