Combination of QuEChERS and DLLME for GC-MS determination of pesticide residues in orange samples

Food Additives and Contaminants - Part A Chemistry, Analysis, Control, Exposure and Risk Assessment, 2013
A new method combining QuEChERS (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe) and DLLME (dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction) followed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with selected ion monitoring (SIM) was developed for the simultaneous determination of 19 pesticides from nine chemical groups exhibiting or suspected to exhibit endocrine-

Fast and simple method using DLLME and FAAS for the determination of trace cadmium in honey

Journal of Food Composition and Analysis, 2019
Abstract A novel method for the determination of trace cadmium in honey is presented. It consists of a preconcentration step based on dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) and measurement by flame AAS. Samples are dissolved in water. A mixture of carbon tetrachloride (extraction solvent) and acetonitrile (dispersion solvent) containing ...

Determination of trace amounts of metobromuron herbicide residues in fruits by QuEChERS and DLLME methods

Journal of Food Composition and Analysis
Food products have the potential to contain herbicide residues that may pose a threat to human health and the environment, and the determination of these residues at trace levels is extremely important. In this study, a rapid, simple, accurate and environmentally friendly DLLME-QuEChERS method was developed for the sensitive determination of ...

Determination of imidacloprid and acetamiprid in bottled juice by a new DLLME-HPLC

Environmental Science and Pollution Research, 2021
A new kind of surfactant-emulsified vortex-assisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction method (SE-VA-DLLME) using benzyldimethyldodecylammonium chloride (BDDAC) as emulsifier and disperser has been developed for the determination of imidacloprid and acetamiprid in bottled grenadine and black currant juice samples prior to high-performance liquid ...

Quantification of steroid hormones in human urine by DLLME and UHPLC-HRMS detection

Journal of Chromatography B, 2020
A procedure for the quantification of steroid hormones of various classes in human urine (androgens, estrogens, progestins, corticosteroids) has been described consisting of sample preparation by means of dispersive liquid-liquid extraction after enzymatic hydrolysis with β-glucuronidase from E.

DLLME-spectrophotometric determination of glyphosate residue in legumes

Food Chemistry, 2017
A new separation and pre-concentration method for spectrophotometric determination of glyphosate herbicide was developed. Glyphosate was converted into dithiocarbamic acid with CS2, followed by copper in the presence of ammonia to promote complex formation. This complex was collected in a CH2Cl2 organic drop and absorbance measured at 435nm.

Taguchi L32 Orthogonal Array Design for Evaluation of Three Dispersive Microextraction Methods: A Case Study for Determination of Methyl Methacrylate in Produced Water by DLLME, DLLME-SLW, DLLME-SFO

Arabian Journal for Science and Engineering, 2013
The novelty of this work is comparison of three dispersive microextraction methods including DLLME, DLLME-SLW, DLLME-SFO by Taguchi L32 orthogonal array design. For this aim, the above-mentioned dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction methods (followed by gas chromatography) were used for determination of methyl methacrylate in produced water.
