Different Degeneration Patterns of Paraspinal Muscles Between Double-Level and Single-Level Lumbar Spondylolisthesis: An Magnetic Resonance Imaging Analysis of 140 Patients [PDF]
Objective To evaluate the degeneration patterns of paraspinal muscles in double-level degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis (dl-DLS) versus single-level degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis (sl-DLS).

ABSTRACT Objective Intravenous thrombolysis (IVT) before thrombectomy for ischemic stroke may alter clot structure and procedural performance. We investigated how IVT relates to thrombectomy metrics across stroke etiologies. Methods We performed a time‐to‐event analysis of consecutive patients with anterior circulation large vessel occlusion (acLVO ...

A Systematic Comparison of Alpha‐Synuclein Seed Amplification Assays for Increasing Reproducibility
ABSTRACT Seed amplification assays (SAAs) enable ultrasensitive detection of misfolded α‐synuclein across biofluids and tissues. Yet, heterogeneity in protocols limits cross‐study comparability and clinical translation. Here, we review α‐synuclein SAA methods and their performance across various biological matrices.

A Triassic lagoon has been identified in the Bergamasc Alps, northern Italy. It is bordered, to the south, by a volcanic mainland, with fluviatile and deltaic depositional systems, and northwards by a peritidal carbonate platform. The Triassic lagoon is characterized by mixed terrigenous and carbonate sedimentation.

Safety and Tolerability of Givinostat: Evidence From Real‐World and Clinical Practice
ABSTRACT Objective The aim of our study was to establish the prevalence of adverse events in a real‐world setting in boys living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) treated with givinostat as part of an Expanded Access Program (EAP) in Italy. Methods The cohort included 90 ambulant boys, with age when treatment started between 6 and 23 years (mean ...
