The Immune Landscape of Prostate Cancer and Nomination of PD-L2 as a Potential Therapeutic Target

Journal of the National Cancer Institute, 2018
BACKGROUND Immunotherapy has been less successful in treating prostate cancer than other solid tumors. We sought to better understand the immune landscape in prostate cancer and identify immune-related biomarkers and potential therapeutic targets ...

Cutoff Age Between Pediatric and Adult Thyroid Differentiated Cancer: Is 18 Years Old Appropriate?

Thyroid, 2021
Background: The characteristics of pediatric differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) are substantially different from those of adult DTC. This study investigated whether the cutoff age of 18 years, as recommended by the American Thyroid Association (ATA ...

A one-dimensional polyoxometalate-based polymer [Cu(DMF)6][PMoVMoVI11O40Cu(DMF)4]·DMF: Crystal structure and luminescent properties

Spectrochimica Acta Part A: Molecular and Biomolecular Spectroscopy, 2010
The polyoxometalate-based 1D coordination polymer [[Cu(DMF)₆][PMo(V)Mo(VI)₁₁O₄₀Cu(DMF)₄]·DMF1 was synthesized and characterized by IR, UV spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Each Cu(II) center has a distorted octahedral coordination geometry.

Skin penetrating abilities and reservoir effects of neat DMF and DMF/water mixtures

Science of The Total Environment, 2009
This study was set out to determine the skin permeabilities of neat N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF, denoted as DMF(100%)) and DMF/water mixtures (including 50% DMF/50% water and 10% DMF/90% water mixtures (v/v), denoted as DMF(50%) and DMF(10%), respectively) and to assess their skin reservoir effects on the systemic absorption. The penetration fluxes for

Seven-year analysis of adjuvant pembrolizumab versus placebo in stage III melanoma in the EORTC1325 / KEYNOTE-054 trial.

European Journal of Cancer
In the previously reported primary analyses of this phase 3 trial, 12 months of adjuvant pembrolizumab resulted in significantly longer recurrence-free survival (RFS) and distant metastasis-free survival (DMFS) than placebo in patients with resected high

Comparison of oxygen-free graphene sheets obtained in DMF and DMF-aqua media

New Journal of Chemistry, 2021
In pure DMF, the graphene layering is mainly limited to 5 layers; in the aqua presence, partial association of the lightest graphene sheets with the highest surface energy occurs.

In-Cylinder Optical Study on Combustion of DMF and DMF Fuel Blends

SAE Technical Paper Series, 2012
<div class="section abstract"><div class="htmlview paragraph">The bio-fuel, 2,5 - dimethylfuran (DMF) is currently regarded as a potential alternative fuel to gasoline due to the development of new production technology. However, little is known about the flame behavior in an optical engine.

Crystal structure of a [CsK2(μ3-DMF)2(μ-DMF)3(DMF)4][{Re6(μ3-Se)8}Br6] cluster complex

Journal of Structural Chemistry, 2017
A cluster complex of the composition [CsK2(μ3-DMF)2(μ-DMF)3(DMF)4][{Re6(μ3-Se)8}Br6] is obtained by the reaction of K4[{Re6(μ3-Se)8}(OH)6]·8H2O with hydrobromic acid in the presence of CsBr and its subsequent crystallization by diethyl ether diffusion in a dimethylformamide solution.

HISTOPATHOLOGICAL INVESTIGATION OF DMF‐INDUCED HEPATOTOXICITY

Acta Pathologica Japonica, 1987
N, N‐Dimethylformamide (DMF) has been implicated in the production of hepatotoxicity in male and female F344 rats. Repeated administration of dosages of 0.75 and 1.0 ml/kg DMF for up to 12 weeks produced massive liver necrosis associated with decreased body weight gain.

The Inhalation Toxicity of Dimethylformamide (DMF)

American Industrial Hygiene Association Journal, 1963
Abstract Animals were exposed 58 times to dimethylformamide for 5.5 hours at 23 ppm followed by 0.5 hour at 426 ppm. No clinical signs of toxicity were observed in rats, mice, rabbits, or guinea pigs. Observed effects led to conclusion that the superimposed, short-term, peak exposure produced a hazard.
