Controlled syntheses of lanthanide coordination polymers based on the dihydroxybenzoquinone (DHBQ) organic linker afforded large single crystals of Ln‐DHBQ CPs (Ln = Yb, Nd). A novel structural variant of Yb‐DHBQ is identified by means of single crystal diffraction analysis.

Group-Based Corotational FEM for Real-Time Large Deformation Simulation
Real-time simulation of large deformations in soft bodies has long faced a trade-off between computational efficiency and physical accuracy. This paper presents a novel Local Linear Corotated Finite Element Method that addresses this challenge through a ...

Cross-Points in Domain Decomposition Methods with a Finite Element Discretization
Non-overlapping domain decomposition methods necessarily have to exchange Dirichlet and Neumann traces at interfaces in order to be able to converge to the underlying mono-domain solution. Well known such non-overlapping methods are the Dirichlet-Neumann

Positive‐Tone Nanolithography of Antimony Trisulfide with Femtosecond Laser Wet‐Etching
A butyldithiocarbamic acid (BDCA) etchant is used to fabricate various micro‐ and nanoscale structures on amorphous antimony trisulfide (a‐Sb2S3) thin film via femtosecond laser etching. Numerical analysis and experimental results elucidate the patterning mechanism on gold (reflective) and quartz (transmissive) substrates.

Objective multiscale analysis of random heterogeneous materials [PDF]
The multiscale framework presented in [1, 2] is assessed in this contribution for a study of random heterogeneous materials. Results are compared to direct numerical simulations (DNS) and the sensitivity to user-defined parameters such as the domain ...

A sequence‐encoded supramolecular construct containing two accessible toeholds is developed herein for enabling multiple editing operations. By introducing specific input strands, it is possible to selectively erase or rewrite digital content through parallel or series toehold‐mediated strand displacement (PTMSD or STMSD).
