Embedding domain-specific modelling languages in Maude specifications [PDF]
We propose an approach for embedding Domain-Specific Modelling Languages (DSML) into Maude, based on representing models and metamodels as Maude specifications, and on representing operational semantics and model transformations as computable functions/relations between such specifications.

Remote Monitoring in Myasthenia Gravis: Exploring Symptom Variability
ABSTRACT Background Myasthenia gravis (MG) is a rare, autoimmune disorder characterized by fluctuating muscle weakness and potential life‐threatening crises. While continuous specialized care is essential, access barriers often delay timely interventions. To address this, we developed MyaLink, a telemedical platform for MG patients.

Sparse Automatic Differentiation for Large-Scale Computations Using Abstract Elementary Algebra
Most numerical solvers and libraries nowadays are implemented to use mathematical models created with language-specific built-in data types (e.g. real in Fortran or double in C) and their respective elementary algebra implementations.

ABSTRACT Introduction Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) is a neurodegenerative ‘tauopathy’ with predominating pathology in the basal ganglia and midbrain. Caudal tau spread frequently implicates the cerebellum; however, the pattern of atrophy remains equivocal.

ABSTRACT Objective Cognitive decline is a disabling and variable feature of Parkinson disease (PD). While cholinergic system degeneration is linked to cognitive impairments in PD, most prior research reported cross‐sectional associations. We aimed to fill this gap by investigating whether baseline regional cerebral vesicular acetylcholine transporter ...

Methods and Tools for Controlling Semantic Integrity in Information Models of Reactor Installations
The semantic integrity control approach is presented, which is based on a special-purpose CASE tool that allows to describe the informational models in terms of a formal domain specific language, and to control the changes within the models.

Developmental and Epileptic Encephalopathy due to Biallelic Pathogenic Variants in PIGM
ABSTRACT Objective PIGM encodes a critical enzyme in the glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)‐anchor biosynthesis pathway. While promoter‐region mutations in PIGM have been associated with a relatively mild phenotype characterized by portal vein thrombosis and absence seizures, recent evidence suggests that coding‐region mutations result in a more severe

FDG‐PET Associations With Disease Severity and Outcomes in NMDA‐Receptor IgG Autoimmune Encephalitis
ABSTRACT Background Patients with N‐methyl‐D‐aspartate (NMDA) receptor‐immunoglobulin G (IgG) autoimmune encephalitis (NMDAR‐IgG AE) demonstrate occipital lobe hypometabolism on baseline brain fluorodeoxyglucose‐positron emission tomography (bFDG‐PET).

Functional Programming for Domain-Specific Languages [PDF]
Domain-specific languages are a popular application area for functional programming; and conversely, functional programming is a popular implementation vehicle for domain-specific languages—at least, for embedded ones. Why is this? The appeal of embedded domain-specific languages is greatly enhanced by the presence of convenient lightweight tools for ...
