My group beats your group : evaluating non-income inequalities [PDF]
This paper proposes a new methodology, the Domination Index, to evaluate non-income inequalities between social groups such as inequalities of educational attainment, occupational status, health or subjective well-being.

Escherichia coli ST131: a multidrug-resistant clone primed for global domination
A single extra-intestinal pathogenic Escherichia coli (ExPEC) clone, named sequence type (ST) 131, is responsible for millions of global antimicrobial-resistant (AMR) infections annually.

Protein pyrophosphorylation by inositol pyrophosphates — detection, function, and regulation
Protein pyrophosphorylation is an unusual signaling mechanism that was discovered two decades ago. It can be driven by inositol pyrophosphate messengers and influences various cellular processes. Herein, we summarize the research progress and challenges of this field, covering pathways found to be regulated by this posttranslational modification as ...

On (t,r) Broadcast Domination Numbers of Grids [PDF]
The domination number of a graph $G = (V,E)$ is the minimum cardinality of any subset $S \subset V$ such that every vertex in $V$ is in $S$ or adjacent to an element of $S$.

Maker-Breaker domination game [PDF]
We introduce the Maker-Breaker domination game, a two player game on a graph. At his turn, the first player, Dominator, select a vertex in order to dominate the graph while the other player, Staller, forbids a vertex to Dominator in order to prevent him ...

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

L’approche sociopsychologique de Horkheimer, entre Fromm et Adorno

A note on global alliances in trees [PDF]
For a graph \(G=(V,E)\), a set \(S\subseteq V\) is a dominating set if every vertex in \(V-S\) has at least a neighbor in \(S\). A dominating set \(S\) is a global offensive (respectively, defensive) alliance if for each vertex in \(V-S\) (respectively ...
