EARLY KASIMOVIAN CONIFERS OF THE DONETS BASIN

Three conifers foliage species and one ovuliferous cone species are described from the lower Kasimovian of the Donets Basin: Walchia piniformis, Otovicia hypnoides, Culmitzschia angustifolia, Walchiostrobus sp. The plant remains are found in the fi ne sandstone beds below the limestone N15.
