Classification of dopamine-antagonists from pharmacological data
Life Sciences, 1978Abstract A graphical method is described that allows to classify the dopamine- antagonists on the basis of three pharmacological observations. The so-called spectral map represents the relative affinities of these drugs for three receptor sites.
