Dose dependence of the spectral characteristics of sigma-delta analog-to-digital converters
This paper presents the results of the study of sigma-delta analog-to-digital converters` main spectral parameters` dependence on the total ionizing dose (TID). Within the framework of this study the main parameters of analog-to-digital converters (ADC) (

Dose-dependent galactorrhea with quetiapine
Quetiapine is an atypical antipsychotic agent with minimal propensity to induce hyperprolactinemia in standard therapeutic dosages. Despite that quetiapine is considered to be a prolactin-sparing atypical antipsychotic, hyperprolactinemia with related side effects may rarely be encountered in susceptible individuals.

High-dose zolpidem dependence - Psychostimulant effects? A case report and literature review
Zolpidem, an imidazoline nonbenzodiazepine sedative drug, is used widely. Initial reports showed minimal abuse potential. However, multiple reports have appeared of dose escalation and abuse. Subjective effects of high-dose zolpidem are not known.

Obtaining the Optimal Dose in Alcohol Dependence Studies
In alcohol dependence studies, the treatment effect at different dose levels remains to be ascertained. Establishing this effect would aid us in identifying the best dose that has satisfactory efficacy while minimizing the rate of adverse events.

Dose dependence of oral tolerance to nickel [PDF]
The dose dependence of oral nickel tolerance was analyzed by comparing three different subsets of C57BL/6 mice: Ni(very low) mice were reared in a nickel-reduced environment, Ni(low) and Ni(high) mice were reared in a stainless steel-containing environment and the latter received oral NiCl(2) (10 mM).

Male or Female? It Depends on the Dose
In most cases, a fertilized egg with two X chromosomes will become a girl and an XY egg will become a boy. Molecular analysis of the genomes of sex-reversed individuals identified the sex-determining region Y gene (Sry), the primary sex-determining gene in mammals. The presence of an Sry gene normally drives male development.

Time and dose-dependent effects of chondroitinase ABC on growth of engineered cartilage [PDF]
Tissue engineering techniques have been effective in developing cartilage-like tissues in vitro. However, many scaffold-based approaches to cultivating engineered cartilage have been limited by low collagen production, an impediment for attaining native ...
