Interplay between circadian and other transcription factors—Implications for cycling transcriptome reprogramming

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
This perspective highlights emerging insights into how the circadian transcription factor CLOCK:BMAL1 regulates chromatin architecture, cooperates with other transcription factors, and coordinates enhancer dynamics. We propose an updated framework for how circadian transcription factors operate within dynamic and multifactorial chromatin landscapes ...

A future triple entry accounting framework using blockchain technology

open access: yesBlockchain: Research and Applications, 2021
The study adopts a single case study approach to bring into conversation, ideas, and views of several scholars on triple entry accounting (TEA). The development of blockchain technology already drives the conscious move towards the TEA.

Function‐driven design of a surrogate interleukin‐2 receptor ligand

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Interleukin (IL)‐2 signaling can be achieved and precisely fine‐tuned through the affinity, distance, and orientation of the heterodimeric receptors with their ligands. We designed a biased IL‐2 surrogate ligand that selectively promotes effector T and natural killer cell activation and differentiation. Interleukin (IL) receptors play a pivotal role in

Time after time – circadian clocks through the lens of oscillator theory

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Oscillator theory bridges physics and circadian biology. Damped oscillators require external drivers, while limit cycles emerge from delayed feedback and nonlinearities. Coupling enables tissue‐level coherence, and entrainment aligns internal clocks with environmental cues.

PENGARUH PERKEMBANGAN BASIS DATA RELASIONAL TERHADAP TEKNIK DOUBLE ENTRY BOOKKEEPING

open access: yesJurnal Akuntansi dan Keuangan, 1999
The emergence of such prediction as to say that with the coming data relational basis to eliminate the data redundancy would cause the accounting double entry bookkeeping to be left behind.

Double–blind control of the data manager doesn't have any impact on data entry reliability and should be considered as an avoidable cost

open access: yesBMC Medical Research Methodology, 2008
Background Database systems have been developed to store data from large medical trials and survey studies. However, a reliable data storage system does not guarantee data entering reliability.

The newfound relationship between extrachromosomal DNAs and excised signal circles

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Extrachromosomal DNAs (ecDNAs) contribute to the progression of many human cancers. In addition, circular DNA by‐products of V(D)J recombination, excised signal circles (ESCs), have roles in cancer progression but have largely been overlooked. In this Review, we explore the roles of ecDNAs and ESCs in cancer development, and highlight why these ...
