Protocol for quantifying miRNA trafficking across the endosomal membrane
FEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.An in vitro protocol measures miRNA uptake into endosomes isolated from mammalian cell extracts, which are free of subcellular contaminants. Performed at 37 °C in the presence of ATP, it ensures the import of single‐stranded miRNA into the endosomal lumen.

British Journal of Anaesthesia, 1965 Experience in anaesthesia for thoracic surgery in 121 cases using the Robertshaw double-lumen tube is described. The advantages originally claimed for it over other similar tubes were largely confirmed and further indications for the use of double-lumen tubes are suggested.

Fusogenic RNA Nanomodules for Fusion‐Mediated and Multiplexed siRNA Delivery
Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.A fusogenic lipid‐layered RNA nanomodules (L‐CRAMs) enable high‐capacity and long‐lasting siRNA delivery through membrane fusion. These nanomodules carry exceptionally large siRNA payloads, avoid conventional endosomal uptake, and release multiple functional siRNAs through Dicer‐mediated processing.
