Performance of combined double seasonal univariate time series models for forecasting water demand [PDF]
In this article, we examine the daily water demand forecasting performance of double seasonal univariate time series models (Holt-Winters, ARIMA and GARCH) based on multi-step ahead forecast mean squared errors.

3D Printing of Stretchable, Compressible and Conductive Porous Polyurethane for Soft Robotics
A 3D‐printable porous dopamine‐polyurethane acrylate elastomer results in conductive, stretchable, and compressible structures that can be metallized in situ through catechol‐mediated silver reduction. The resulting material function as both compliant soft robot with a and strain sensors without complex assemblies, enabling fully 3D‐printed soft ...

This research evaluates the Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) and Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) methods to predict sales of Fortune pillow oil at the Zoey Mart Store, which experiences sales fluctuations. SES with an alpha value of 0.5 produces a forecast of 285 items for January 2024, while DES with an alpha of 0.5 and beta 0.7 produces 338 ...

Optoelectronically Active GaAs/GeSn‐MQW/Ge Heterojunctions Created via Semiconductor Grafting
Semiconductor Grafting enables a lattice‐mismatched GaAs/GeSn‐MQW/Ge heterojunction with engineered band offsets and optical field distribution. The enlarged conduction and valence band discontinuities govern asymmetric carrier transport, producing bias‐dependent dual‐mode photodetection from visible to near‐infrared wavelengths.

TEKNIK PERAMALAN DENGAN DOUBLE EXPONENTIAL SMOOTHING PADA DISTRIBUTOR GULA
ABSTRACT2)Distributor of sugar in Denpasar PT. Larasati, of the results of the analysis of data andinformation at PT. Larasati there are limitations in determining the amount of sugar in stock thatmust be provided by the company, so the company determine the amount of stock of customerrequest only.

Nonparametric estimation of mean and dispersion functions in extended generalized linear models. [PDF]
In this paper the interest is in regression analysis for data that show possibly overdispersion or underdispersion. The starting point for modeling are generalized linear models in which we no longer admit a linear form for the mean regression function ...
