New solutions for the (2 + 1)-dimensional nonlinear Schrӧdinger equation

open access: yesResults in Physics, 2023
New exact solutions to the (1 + 1)-dimensional nonlinear Schrӧdinger equation are obtained by means of the exponential function test method. Further, the solutions of the (2 + 1)-dimensional nonlinear Schrӧdinger equation are also obtained by using ...

Resolution-Optimal Exponential and Double-Exponential Transform Methods for Functions with Endpoint Singularities [PDF]

open access: yesSIAM Journal on Scientific Computing, 2017
We introduce a numerical method for the approximation of functions which are analytic on compact intervals, except at the endpoints. This method is based on variable transforms using particular parametrized exponential and double-exponential mappings, in combination with Fourier-like approximation in a truncated domain.

Multi-Peak and Propagation Behavior of M-Shape Solitons in (2 + 1)-Dimensional Integrable Schwarz-Korteweg-de Vries Problem

open access: yesFractal and Fractional, 2023
This paper examines the propagation of M-shape solitons and their interactions with kink waves to the (2 + 1)-dimensional integrable Schwarz-Korteweg-de Vries (ISKdV) problem by applying the symbolic computation with ansatz functions technique and ...

Computation of 3D Water Flows by the Double Potential Method for the Simulation of Electromagnetic Water Purification [PDF]

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2020
In this paper, we discuss the modeling of the electromagnetic water purification. This model requires a velocity distribution in a study domain. For that purpose, the double potential method for simulating incompressible viscous fluid flows was used. The

The Darboux Transformation and N-Soliton Solutions of Gerdjikov–Ivanov Equation on a Time–Space Scale

open access: yesAxioms, 2021
The Gerdjikov–Ivanov (GI) equation is one type of derivative nonlinear Schrödinger equation used widely in quantum field theory, nonlinear optics, weakly nonlinear dispersion water waves and other fields.

Investigation of interactional phenomena and multi wave solutions of the quantum hydrodynamic Zakharov–Kuznetsov model

open access: yesOpen Physics, 2021
The symbolic computation with the ansatz function and the logarithmic transformation method are used to obtain a formula for certain exact solutions of the (3+1)\left(3+1) Zakharov–Kuznetsov (Z–K) equation. We use homoclinic breather, three waves method,

Solving two-dimensional fuzzy Fredholm integral equations via sinc collocation method

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2020
In this paper, we present a numerical method to solve two-dimensional fuzzy Fredholm integral equations (2D-FFIE) by combing the sinc method with double exponential (DE) transformation.

A Double Logarithmic Transform Involving the Exponential and Polynomial Functions Expressed in Terms of the Hurwitz–Lerch Zeta Function [PDF]

open access: yesSymmetry, 2021
The object of this paper is to derive a double integral in terms of the Hurwitz–Lerch zeta function. Almost all Hurwitz–Lerch zeta functions have an asymmetrical zero-distribution. Special cases are evaluated in terms of fundamental constants. All the results in this work are new.

Multiwave and interaction solutions and Lie symmetry analysis to a new (2 + 1)-dimensional Sakovich equation

open access: yesAlexandria Engineering Journal, 2020
In this study, we construct multi wave solutions for the (2 + 1)-dimensional Sakovich equation by utilizing the logarithmic transformation of the dependent variables and symbolic computation with the ansatz function technique.

Generalized multi-channel scheme for secure image encryption

open access: yesScientific Reports, 2021
The ability of metamaterials to manipulate optical waves in both the spatial and spectral domains has provided new opportunities for image encoding. Combined with the recent advances in hyperspectral imaging, this suggests exciting new possibilities for ...
