Dynamical studies on the generation of periodic surface structures by femtosecond laser pulses
The dynamics of the formation of laser-induced periodic surface structures (LIPSS) on fused silica upon irradiation with linearly polarized fs-laser pulses (50 fs pulse duration, 800 nm center wavelength) is studied experimentally using a double pulse ...

Sweetosomes, a new class of fucose‐decorated liposomes, are developed via a one‐step microfluidic process without surface chemistry. This study elucidates their main caveolae‐mediated entry and distinct endosomal trafficking. These nanostructures demonstrate superior endosomal escape, organelle acidity modulation, and prolonged plasma persistence ...

Dual THz Wave and X-ray Generation from a Water Film under Femtosecond Laser Excitation
Simultaneous emission of the THz wave and hard X-ray from thin water free-flow was induced by the irradiation of tightly-focused femtosecond laser pulses (35 fs, 800 nm, 500 Hz) in air. Intensity measurements of the THz wave and X-ray were carried out at

Double-shot MeV electron diffraction and microscopy
In this paper, we study by numerical simulations a time-resolved MeV electron scattering mode where two consecutive electron pulses are used to capture the evolution of a material sample on 10 ps time scales.

Multi-Element-Analyse von Stahllegierungen mit Laser-Emissionsspektroskopie
S.626-629The effects of double pulse bursts from a Q-switch Nd:YAG laser on the laser-induced plasma of steel samples are investigated. Material removal and spectral line intensity are found to be increased significantly by using double pulse bursts in ...
