Clinical, Histologic, and Serological Predictors of Renal Function Loss in Lupus Nephritis
Objective Kidney survival is the ultimate goal in lupus nephritis (LN) management, but long‐term predictors remain inadequately studied, requiring long‐term follow‐up. This study aimed to identify baseline and early longitudinal predictors of kidney survival in the Accelerating Medicines Partnership LN longitudinal cohort.

AN ASSESSMENT OF THE ROBERTSHAW DOUBLE-LUMEN TUBE
Experience in anaesthesia for thoracic surgery in 121 cases using the Robertshaw double-lumen tube is described. The advantages originally claimed for it over other similar tubes were largely confirmed and further indications for the use of double-lumen tubes are suggested.

A Cost-Effectiveness Analysis Comparing the VivaSight Double-Lumen Tube and a Conventional Double-Lumen Tube in Adult Patients Undergoing Thoracic Surgery Involving One-Lung Ventilation [PDF]
BACKGROUND: One-lung ventilation (OLV) procedures are essential for most thoracic surgeries, and the most common method is intubation with a conventional double-lumen tube (cDLT) and bronchoscopy to verify correct tube placement.OBJECTIVE: The objective ...

A DOUBLE LUMEN IN A HUMAN FALLOPIAN TUBE [PDF]
The specimen described was given to me by Dr. Will G. Nichols of Fargo, N. D., in response to a request for human material to be used for class work in histology. The tube was serially sectioned, and only on examination of the finished slides was the double nature of the lumen revealed.

Iatrogenic rupture of the trachea caused by double Lumen tube intubation
Acute injuries of the tracheobronchial system are rare and life-threatening situations. Tracheal rupture most commonly occurs after blunt trauma to the chest. It is a rare but most concerning immediate complication of intubation.

Fusogenic RNA Nanomodules for Fusion‐Mediated and Multiplexed siRNA Delivery
A fusogenic lipid‐layered RNA nanomodules (L‐CRAMs) enable high‐capacity and long‐lasting siRNA delivery through membrane fusion. These nanomodules carry exceptionally large siRNA payloads, avoid conventional endosomal uptake, and release multiple functional siRNAs through Dicer‐mediated processing.

A Retrospective study comparing Double Lumen Tube Size used in the Adult Indian Population Undergoing Elective Surgery requiring one Lung Ventilation and Isolation Versus the Double Lumen Tube size based on Bronchial Diameter from Computed Tomography (CT) of the Thorax [PDF]
INTRODUCTION: The lungs are paired organs connected by bronchi and trachea and function as one unit. In order to perform procedures on the lung or provide optimal surgical exposure, surgeons may require lung separation and one-lung ventilation.

Lipoprotein‐mimicking nanoparticles (SL‐NPs), comprising Fe3O4@SiO2 cores coated with liposomal bilayers, selectively capture lipoproteins through protein corona formation. The resulting SL‐NP‐lipoprotein complexes can be removed by low‐speed centrifugation, thereby enhancing the purity of small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) isolated from human serum ...
