A comparison of dual material double gate JLFET with single material double gate JLFET

2016 2nd International Conference on Next Generation Computing Technologies (NGCT), 2016
This paper presents a comparative study of dual material double gate junctionless transistor with the single material double gate junctionless transistor. A review of the basic modelling of the Junctionless transistor is also given in the paper. The surface potential of both structures are compared.

Double resonance mapping of liquids in porous materials

Magnetic Resonance Imaging, 1991
Abstract A double resonance method to image mixed fluids which fill porous materials is presented. The method exploits the scalar coupling between nuclei of the same molecule and leads to fluid identification with a signal-to-noise ratio greater than in direct imaging of nuclei characterized by low density or low gyromagnetic ratio.

Sustainable Double-Network Structural Materials for Electromagnetic Shielding

Nano Letters, 2021
Electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding materials with excellent EMI shielding efficiency (SE), lightweight property, and superb mechanical performance are vitally important for modern society, but it is still a challenge to realize these performances simultaneously on one material.

Dirac cone and double zero materials

AIP Conference Proceedings, 2011
Materials with zero permittivity and zero permeability (double zero) possess very interesting wave manipulation characteristics. Systems with Dirac cones in the band structure also possess amazing wave transport properties. These two classes of material are actually related to each other.

Chiral Material With Tunable Double Plates

IEEE Antennas and Wireless Propagation Letters, 2018
A double slab with chiral structures based on three-segment cranks is analyzed for linearly polarized and normal incident waves. Both slabs are equal and are constituted by a two-dimensional lattice of four same-handedness metallic cranks. The slabs are parallel, with the unit cells perfectly aligned, and each layer is built on a standard FR4 board ...

Double Staining of Plant Materials in Bulk

Stain Technology, 1968
Ovaries and ovules of Oryza sativa and Zea mays were collected between 9-30 and 10-30 AM, fixed in formalin-acetic-alcohol, stained in Delafield's hematoxylin for 2-4 hr, dehydrated through graded ethanol, counterstained for 3-4 hr either in light green, orange G or fast green (0.05-0.1%) at the 1:1 alcohol-xylene stage and embedded. A few ovaries were

Silica-layered double hydroxide nanoarchitectured materials

Applied Clay Science, 2019
Abstract This work shows the viability for assembling layered double hydroxides (LDH) containing surfactant anions in its interlayer region, with silicon alkoxides through a sol-gel processes, leading to SiO2-LDH nanoarchitectured materials consisting in delaminated LDH particles assembled to silica nanoparticles.
