The strongly generalized double difference χ sequence spaces defined by a modulus - doi: 10.4025/actascitechnol.v35i4.16184

open access: yesActa Scientiarum: Technology, 2013
In this paper we introduce the strongly generalized difference sequence spaces of modulus function and is a non-negative four dimensional matrix of complex numbers and (pi(mn)) is a sequence of positive real numbers.

Molecular dynamics simulations of positively selected codons in FcγRI reveal novel biochemical binding properties

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...

Some Generalized Lacunary statistically difference double semi-normed sequence spaces defined by Orlicz function - doi: 10.4025/actascitechnol.v35i1.15523

open access: yesActa Scientiarum: Technology, 2013
In this article, we have introduced the idea of statistically convergent generalized difference lacunary double sequence spaces [¯w2 (M, Δn, p,q)]θ, [¯w2 (M, Δn, p,q)]θ and defined over a semi norm space (X, q). Also we have study some basic properties

On certain double sequence spaces

open access: yes, 2021

Refinement of amino‐acid conformation vs. difference density maps in time‐resolved serial femtosecond crystallography data analysis

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
The dFoCC pipeline starts with observed DED and resting‐state coordinates, which are then used to generate a library of triggered states. Correlation analysis of the calculated DED features of each candidate vs observed DED permits quantitative evaluation of candidate structural quality.

On Some Double Lacunary Sequence Spaces of Fuzzy Numbers [PDF]

open access: yesMathematical and Computational Applications, 2010
In this paper we introduce a new concept for lacunary strong P-convergent with respect to an Orlicz function and examine some properties of the resulting sequence space of fuzzy numbers. We also show that if a sequence is lacunary strong Pconvergence with respect to an Orlicz function then it is S θ r s (F) -convergent.

Directed evolution of enzymes at the crossroads of tradition and innovation

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
An iterative cycle of data‐driven enzyme optimization comprising four stages: genetic diversification of a template enzyme, expression of protein variants, high‐throughput evaluation, and machine‐learning‐guided redesign of the next variant library.

Molecular characterization of covRS mutations in M1UK Streptococcus pyogenes

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Group A Streptococcus (GAS) acquires covRS mutations driving a hypervirulent bacterial state, frequently associated with invasive disease‐like necrotizing fasciitis. We demonstrate that the newly emerged M1UK GAS lineage can also acquire these mutations.

On double sequence spaces defined by an Orlicz function on a seminormed space

open access: yesFilomat, 2016
In this paper we introduce and study the double sequence space m''(M,?,q) by using the Orlicz function M. Also we obtain some inclusion results involving the space m''(M,?,q).

Hyperosmotic stress‐induced redistribution of pre‐mRNA cleavage factor I subunits is associated with shifts in alternative polyadenylation

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Hyperosmotic stress triggers the relocation of the CFIm complex from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. This shift creates a nuclear ‘stoichiometric bottleneck’, limiting CFIm availability for mRNA processing. Consequently, specific mRNAs like NUDT21 and DICER1 undergo targeted 3′UTR shortening, demonstrating how spatial protein dynamics drive rapid ...
