I_2-Uniform convergence of double sequences of functions [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
In this work, we discuss various kinds of I_2-uniform convergence for double sequences of functions and introduce the concepts of I_2 and I*_2-uniform convergence, I2-uniformly Cauchy sequences for double sequences of functions.

Exponent of convergence for double sequences and selection principles

open access: yes, 2017
In this paper, we will define the exponent of convergence for double sequences and in that terminology, we will prove three new theorems in theory of selection principles for double ...

Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

Double sequences of interval numbers defined by Orlicz Functions

open access: yes, 2013
We define and study λ2-convergence of double sequences of interval numbers defined by Orlicz function and λ2-statistical convergence of double sequences of interval numbers.

Mycobacterial cell division arrest and smooth‐to‐rough envelope transition using CRISPRi‐mediated genetic repression systems

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
CRISPRI‐mediated gene silencing and phenotypic exploration in nontuberculous mycobacteria. In this Research Protocol, we describe approaches to control, monitor, and quantitatively assess CRISPRI‐mediated gene silencing in M. smegmatis and M. abscessus model organisms.

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

C2α‐carbanion‐protonating glutamate discloses tradeoffs between substrate accommodation and reaction rate in actinobacterial 2‐hydroxyacyl‐CoA lyase

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Enzymes of the 2‐hydroxyacyl‐CoA lyase group catalyze the condensation of formyl‐CoA with aldehydes or ketones. Thus, by structural adaptation of active sites, practically any pharmaceutically and industrially important 2‐hydroxyacid could be biotechnologically synthesized. Combining crystal structure analysis, active site mutations and kinetic assays,

Tauberian theorems for Cesàro summable double sequences

open access: yes, 2016
Bu çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, kısaca toplanabilme metotları ve Tauber teorisinin tarihsel gelişiminden bahsedilerek, tek katlı ve iki katlı diziler için Cesàro toplanabilme alanında yapılan çalışmalar özetlenecektir.

Exon 7 splicing of ERα predicts poor prognosis and increases phenotypic heterogeneity in luminal a subtype breast cancer

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
ERα splice variant ERα∆7 lacks the C‐terminus, and its expression may change phenotypes of breast cancers. Our results showed that ERα∆7 is found in the luminal A subtype, and elevated ERα∆7 levels are linked to improved cell survival with lower proliferation and migration.

On I and I*−convergence of double sequences

open access: yes, 2007
The idea of I-convergence for single sequences was introduced by Kostyrko, Salat and Wilczynski [7] in 2000/2001 and developed in [1], [2], [3], [6], [8], [9], and [15]. Nowaday it has become one of the most active areas of research in classical analysis.
