SuFEx‐Enabled Reprogramming of Flavonoids for Selective α‐Glucosidase Covalent Inhibition

Selective inhibition of intestinal α‐glucosidase remains limited by poor enzyme specificity and off‐target metabolic effects. Here, SuFEx click chemistry is used to reprogram natural flavonoids into covalent inhibitors with enhanced α‐glucosidase selectivity and controlled reactivity. Metal‐Support Interaction Triggered Electronic Reconstruction in Pd/CoN‐Co4N Catalysts for Optimizing MEK Oxidation and Poisoning Resistance

The strengthened EMSI in Pd/CoN‐Co4N induces electronic rearrangement, generating abundant Pd0 species in situ, modulating the Pd d‐band center to enhance O2 adsorption and MEK activation. Concurrently, it creates numerous Lewis acid sites that preferentially adsorb poisons and shield the active sites.
