A thermo‐responsive poly(2‐oxazoline)‐based injectable formulation is developed to modulate intraocular pressure (IOP) in both normal and hypotonic eyes. By adjusting the PEG content, the aggregation behavior is finely tuned, enabling IOP elevation without long‐term deposition.

Surgical pancreatic ductal drainage for chronic pancreatitis

慢性膵炎に対する膵管ドレナージ手術の有効性を手術成績，長期予後および術後膵機能から検討した．膵石症を含む主膵管狭窄による疼痛，急性膵炎発作に対して膵管ドレナージ手術32例（Frey手術17例，Partington手術15例）を行った．短期手術成績は手術時間と出血量において膵頭十二指腸切除術より良好で，術後合併症は34%に認めたが全例保存的に治癒し術後入院期間中央値は18日であった．術後の疼痛消失率は89%と良好で，遠隔期に急性膵炎の再燃を2例（6%）に認め1例には再膵管ドレナージ手術を要した．長期予後は肝不全死を2例に認めたが膵癌発症例は認めなかった．術後長期膵機能は50%に膵外分泌機能不全を認め，術前耐糖能正常例の94%は術後長期に糖尿病治療を要さなかった ...

Postoperative gastric leaks are often treated with off‐label biliary double‐pigtail stents, yet conventional extruded designs are not optimized for leak anatomy, can migrate, and may limit abscess evacuation.
