Lithium Exposure Causes Trophoblast Cuproptosis by Upregulating FOXO1/STEAP4 Axis in Unexplained Miscarriage

Li exposure up‐regulates FOXO1 expression levels and thus promotes FOXO1‐mediated STEAP4 transcription, up‐regulating STEAP4 levels. Subsequently, STEAP4 up‐regulates intracellular Cu+ ion levels and causes cuproptosis, which further induces miscarriage.

GLS1‐RNA Polymerase II Axis Mediates Glutamine‐Dependent Hepatoprotective Effects on Alcoholic Liver Disease in High‐Protein Diets

GLS1 interacts with RNA polymerase II subunits, ROLR2H and POLR2E, resulting in significant suppression of RNA polymerase II activity. Importantly, the investigation demonstrates that high‐protein diets, particularly glutamine, exert protective effects against alcoholic fatty liver through GLS1‐RNA polymerase II axis.

NPR1 Promotes Lipid Droplet Lipolysis to Enhance Mitochondrial Oxidative Phosphorylation and Fuel Gastric Cancer Metastasis

NPR1 induces lipolysis of stored lipid droplet and enhances mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation to fuel gastric cancer metastasis. Specifically, NPR1‐mediated activation of PKG directly phosphorylates and activates HSL at Ser855 and Ser951, thereby driving lipolytic processes.
