Drivers for OLEDs

2007 IEEE Industry Applications Annual Meeting, 2007
Organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) are expected to become important light sources in the future. In contrast to point source inorganic LEDs, OLEDs are large area device. This in combination with different materials results in differences in performance and electrical behaviour, which on their turn result in different drivers.

Driver-Skeleton: A Dataset for Driver Action Recognition

2021 IEEE International Intelligent Transportation Systems Conference (ITSC), 2021
At present, driver's dangerous driving behavior usually leads to negative outcomes of driving safety and driver action recognition based on skeleton is a current research hotspot. However, there are no large-scale public skeleton datasets for driver action recognition.

Driver sleepiness

Journal of Sleep Research, 1995
SUMMARY Falling asleep at the wheel accounts for a sizeable number of vehicle accidents under monotonous driving conditions. The risk of driver death and serious injury is high. Circadian factors are profound and seem to be of equal (if not more) importance to the duration of the drive. Unfortunately, only the latter tends to be built into legislation.

Drivers for change

2015
This chapter addresses the question of cross-national variation of the drivers of change and the role of transnational institutions, which raises the question of hypothetical convergence. Welfare states have in fact changed drastically, whether through potential path-departing procedures and/or incremental change. From an historical-diachronic and long-

Driver Distraction Assessment Using Driver Modeling

2013 IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics, 2013
Characterizing individual human drivers is of increasing interest for applications like adaptive driver assistance or monitoring. Describing the human driver by means of control-theoretic driver models constitutes a promising approach. In this paper, we apply a driver model adopted from literature to real-road driving of a distraction experiment in ...
