Evaluating the effect of γ‐oryzanol on MASLD pathology using a medaka fish model

This study explores a liver disease called MASLD, which is increasing worldwide and can lead to serious damage. Researchers used medaka fish instead of rodents to test a food compound, γ‐oryzanol. Fish fed this compound had less liver fat and healthier gut bacteria.

研究目的本研究の目的はキャリヤのエリミネータ板設計の一資料を得ることである.まず一様な噴霧の流れの中に, 流れに対して垂直に置かれた円柱および平板に対する霧粒の捕捉率を理論的に求めた.次に既報の一頭噴霧器の実験装置において, 噴口から40cmの処に物体を置いて実験を行い理論値と比較した.この場合の物体としるは霧粒を吸収しやすいことが必要であるために, 円柱として白墨および山吹の芯を, 平板としては吸取紙を用いた.研究結果霧粒の捕捉率ηは理論的に次式で与えられ, 実験値と測定の誤差内でほぼ一致している.すなわち円柱に対して : η=4√2λ/5λ+4√2, λ=gγluxmd2xm/9μD平板に対して : η= (-λ2+√λ2+4/2)1/2ただし, gは重力の加速度, γlは水の比重量 ...

Protocol for quantifying miRNA trafficking across the endosomal membrane
